Histoid leprosy is a specific clinicopathological uariant of lepromatous leprosy. It develops generally in relapsed cases with history of previous sulfone therapy. Authors observed two cases of histoid leprosy who had no history of previous antileprosy treatment. One case was a 19 year-old woman with cutaneous nodules and the other was a 22 year-old man with subcutaneous nodules.
