Multiple, well demarcated, erythematous, swollen plagues were distributed symmetrically on the face and extremities, The findings of esophagogram and otolaryngologic department suggested paralysis of superior laryngeal nerve and glossopharyngeal nerve. Histopathologica1ly, granulomas composed of lymphocytes, histiocytes, and epithelioid cells were located in dermis and subcutaneous fat layer. They contained acid-fast-bacilli. Treatment with rifampicin, dapson, and oral corticosteroid resulted in progressive improvement. |
