¿ä¾à A 63-year-old male patient with swallowing difficulty was reported. Multiple, well
demarcated, erythematous, swollen plagues were distributed symmetrically on the face
and extremities, The findings of esophagogram and otolaryngologic department
suggested paralysis of superior laryngeal nerve and glossopharyngeal nerve.
Histopathologica1ly, granulomas composed of lymphocytes, histiocytes, and epithelioid
cells were located in dermis and subcutaneous fat layer. They contained acid-fast-bacilli.
Treatment with rifampicin, dapson, and oral corticosteroid resulted in progressive
improvement.
